Senior Marketing Associate, Futureforce - APAC
Hyderabad, India
Our Futureforce recruiting team is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Associate to help lead our university marketing efforts across the APAC region.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Futureforce Marketing Communications, this person will create digital campaigns including managing social strategy, email marketing, content execution, and analysis to support our hiring efforts in India, Singapore and Australia as we continue to build out our university footprint. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, understand the competitive landscape, and have a passion for developing marketing tactics that leverage both digital and non-digital channels to engage our target demographic.
Partnering closely with Futureforce Programs and Recruiting teams, this person will maintain the company’s voice and tone across all content, and customize content that will resonate within these regions.
Responsibilities
Write and develop original, compelling content across multimedia channels to implement integrated marketing campaigns
Build and execute social media strategy for the APAC region through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience and influencer identification
Craft and support email campaigns promoting the Futureforce brand both internally and externally within the APAC region, conducting A/B tests and analyzing results to garner insights and optimize future campaigns
Refine and adjust the Futureforce brand positioning within the APAC competitive landscape
Develop and execute projects and initiatives across the APAC region
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years in a marketing demand generation or marketing programs role at a B2B company
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
Deep working knowledge of social best practices and proven experience executing campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Proven track record developing unique social media campaigns and stories using a variety of content types including graphics, photography, and video.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products & systems
Experience in HTML, ampscript, SQL, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop & After Effects
In-depth experience using marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics
Highly analytical and metrics driven. You live for the data and are excited to optimize campaigns using those insights
Results oriented and ability to manage competing priorities
Desired Skills/Experience:
Understanding of the university recruitment space and unique characteristics of this target audience
Strong attention to detail, passion for driving impact, and willingness to tackle technologies
Self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment
Experience working for a technology company
