We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that work for customers.

You will join a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that are used by thousands of financial advisors and dozens of financial firms. Our roadmap is big and ambitious. You will help us solve some of the most interesting problems in the financial service space.

You will build a deep, intimate knowledge of the wealth management industry and its stakeholders. Using proven market and customer development techniques, you will translate research data into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

Your data-driven approach, curiosity and creative thinking will ensure the highest return on investment. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering to iterate through fast feedback cycles. You will work with the marketing team to develop insanely compelling value propositions.

• Drive the innovation process through market, customer and user engagement
• Publish and maintain actionable customer research, opportunities and metrics
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products
• Inform product marketing strategies (pricing, positioning, product launching) with clear benefits statements
• Work with various teams (design, product, sales and professional services) to implement strategies
• Define and track relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements

• Deep understanding and passion for modern innovation methods such as JTBD, ODI and Lean
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a customer- or user-facing role

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development is preferred
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Creative thinking skills
• Some basic tech chops a plus (GA, SQL, HTML/CSS, JS)
• Some basic design chops a plus (Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, PowerPoint)
• Engineering/Science/Math/Business background a plus
