In this role you will be key member of the Enterprise Architecture(EA) team, responsible for leading all aspects of the EA operations. You will work with various IT teams (architecture, Engg, PMO, Operations, Infra) to ensure adoption and smooth operation of EA practice and processes. You will apply your knowledge of and experience to evolve and improve EA operations and processes.

Responsibilities: -
  • Manage all aspects of operating the Enterprise Architecture Review Board(EARB) process including scheduling, posting EARB documentation, publishing minutes and tracking action items
  • Manage all aspects of facilitating the technology sourcing process including gathering details of the technology that is being procured, and engaging IT teams - architecture, product management and engineering to firm up a disposition
  • Support the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) application rationalization process
  • Facilitate development and refresh of the architecture artifacts, frameworks and patterns
  • Facilitate evaluation and refresh of the EA guiding principles by collaborating with the extended architecture community
  • Promote and champion the EA processes, strategies and recommendations within the organization
  • Manage the EA Website; define and implement process for keeping the EA artifacts current
  • Manage process for maintaining the enterprise application inventory
  • Lead organization of EA sponsored events such as Architecture Summit, IT Tech talks and team building
  • Collaborate with the change management team to define change management plan required to ensure that various EA strategies, deliverables and frameworks are successfully adopted by various IT teams
Required Skills and Experience: -
  • Bachelors of Science in CS, MIS, related technical degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 6 years of technical work experience
  • 8-10 years of direct, hands-on IT project management experience
  • Superior communication and presentation skills; speaks with clarity, brevity and passion with all audiences including C-level executives
  • Develops, maintains, and strengthens partnerships with others inside and outside the EA team who provide decision making, information, or support
  • Achieves positive outcomes by identifying common interests, clarifying differences, and achieving consensus or compromise
  • Communicates a clear, vivid, inspiring and relevant description or picture of project benefits / value to the customer
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
  • Self driven; Able to work with little instruction
  • Demonstrates mastery in all aspects of Project Management plan-driven methodology, including scope, schedule and cost
  • Vendor, Contract, & Resources Management
  • Execution Governance / Steering Committees, Monitoring, and Control
  • Well versed with SW development and IT practices, including a pertinent technical industry certifications
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with broad range of business processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture is a plus
  • Prior experience in supporting EA operational and governance processes is a plus
