We are currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support & grow our corporate functions. This person will be responsible for managing and driving the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across select departments within the Corporate talent segment (e.g. Employee Success, Marketing, PR, PMM, Real Estate, Creative, Accounting, Finance & Strategy, Global Corporate Services, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Operations, Emerging Business Operations, etc…).


  • Source, recruit and hire Salesforce professionals across a wide range of roles within our corporate functions.
  • Develop excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates & cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience for candidates and internal customers
  • Create comprehensive recruitment strategies and leverage internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Drive and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Pro-actively network, cold-call, and “deep dive” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years agency and/or in-house recruiting experience
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
  • Ability to deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in very fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Ability to articulate the Salesforce value proposition and story to candidates
  • Expertise in direct passive sourcing and ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone and in-person
  • Positive attitude and agility
