PolSource, now a part of EPAM Systems Inc., is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join

their rapidly growing team. At PolSource, it's not just about recruiting but being a true talent

partner to our global teams to improve our hiring capabilities. As a PolSource Recruiter, you

will have an opportunity to work across various business units and grow your skills outside of

Talent Acquisition in areas such as project management, program management, reporting,

and analytics. We're looking for a high-performing recruiter with excellent communication,

and an inner drive to be successful.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with internal teams including business partners, staffing, and our Global

Delivery Organization to understand, qualify, and prioritize demand.

  • Build our brand by discovering, creating, and utilizing various channels that bring

quality candidates into the hiring process.

  • Be responsible for creating a pipeline of candidates for various roles within the tech

space including Engineers, Solution Architects, Delivery Management, and other

areas within a timely manner

  • Work directly with hiring managers to not only support their demand but raise issues,

solve hiring blockers, and ultimately fill their open positions.

  • Conduct thorough Recruiter screenings with candidates to assess their fit.
  • Communicate and manage the delivery of qualified candidates to demand owners.
  • Drive a successful end-to-end recruiting process for your candidates.
  • Own full life cycle recruitment including from candidate assessment to closure.
  • Assist in report development required by the TA team
  • Be a constant contributor to areas that need improvement in the recruiting process.

What You Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing the

candidate.

  • The ability to move quickly, be agile, and manage many moving parts of a process.
  • Experience working with internal or external hiring managers with a strong focus on

owning the pipeline, consistent communication, and solving bottlenecks.

  • Expert-level experience with standard sourcing tools.
  • Experience working in an ATS along with a commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
