What is needed:

5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails, developing well-tested and well-organized applications into a production environment
Experience developing web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JQuery is a plus)
RDBMS / SQL experience (MySQL preferred)
Deployment and management of applications on AWS-based infrastructure
API and data model design
Git / Github familiarity and past usage
Committed to developing a clean and elegant code base
Comfortable with an agile development process
Bonus points if you understand or have experience with Ethereum / Solidity
Bonus points if you've worked successfully in a remote environment previously
