  • *Job summary**
The Red Hat Global Sales and Services Finance team is looking for a Senior Sales Incentive Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will serve as a leader in the overall sales compensation planning, strategy, and communication for a key segment of the Sales team. You'll use a combination of analytics, project management, and operational excellence skills to work with leaders across the organization and ensure that incentive plans are resulting in desired overall sales performance. As a Senior Sales Incentive Analyst, you'll need to be comfortable working with company leadership, as you'll play a consultative business partnership role.
  • *Primary job responsibilities**
+ Partner with and learn from high-performance international sales incentive teams to turn Red Hat's strategy into a variable incentive plan

+ Create and optimize incentive plans for each sales role in your region while promoting global consistency

+ Carry out the annual quota planning process and apply analytics to ensure that optimal coverage models are used

+ Maintain accurate details of account alignment, credit mapping, and coverage models

+ Manage communications of incentive plans and policies

+ Ensure policy compliance through communications and analytics support

+ Deliver trainings that ensure an overall incentive program effectiveness

+ Provide insightful and useful incentive analytics across all management levels that deliver continuous improvement in the effectiveness of incentive plans

+ Partner with sales leadership to develop an overall incentive strategy for your region
  • *Required skills**
+ 5+ years of sales operations, analytics, or sales incentive experience

+ 8+ years of professional work experience

+ Bachelor's degree; master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus

+ Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning

+ Experience with business analysis and with issue tracking, problem resolution, and reporting

+ Exceptional communication, organization, prioritization, and delegation skills
