Atlassian is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our Ecosystem marketing team. Your role will be to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and programs to increase awareness and adoption of Strategic Partner integrations amongst the Atlassian customer base, and increase Atlassian product awareness into our Strategic Partner customer base.
This role requires experience in handling third party relationships and alliances, and a person who can drive measurable results.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work with our core product marketing teams (Jira Software, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk, OpsGenie, Trello, and Statuspage) to bolster product and solution campaigns, the Partnerships teams to promote industry trends and strategic SaaS partner integrations, customer marketing to craft compelling success stories, product management to bring market and customer insights that influence the product roadmap, and many more.
About the team
The Ecosystem Marketing team is on a mission to grow a healthy ecosystem where developers help our customers extend and maximize Atlassian tools in useful, trusted, and delightful ways. We focus on driving developer marketing, strategic partner marketing, and building awareness for our marketplace apps and integrations.
You have 5+ years of B2B software partner marketing experience.
You have been responsible for creating, driving, and handling go-to-market plans across a variety of channels.
Youre a passionate, self-starter with a no b**it, can-do attitude and use data to drive your recommendations.
Youre eager to jump in and get things done but dont get flustered in a dynamic and often changing environment.
On day one we’ll expect you to:
Seek opportunities to drive Atlassian product and brand awarenesses by partnering with leading SaaS vendors
Develop integrated co-marketing campaigns alongside Strategic SaaS Partners
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns - identify goals, risks, audience, messages, and tactics
Use data to inform your recommendations for how to implement improvements that accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the marketing funnel
Generate high quality content for customers, evaluators, advocates and channel partners including emails, blogs, webinar content, uses cases, customer stories, and more
Effectively analyze market problems and find opportunities to drive growth of products and integrations
Use customer and competitive research to drive effective messaging and influence product and marketing strategy
Bring creativity to your go-to-market approaches
Think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution
It’d be nice if you have experience in any of the following areas:
Developer marketing, developer relations and / or developer engagement - you understand the developer persona and what motivates them
API and platform marketing
