TeamSnap exists to take the work out of play, and our fast-growing Talent Acquisition Team led by Hilary Wagner exists to bring stellar talent to TeamSnap! We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to help us achieve our lofty goals. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Use your technical recruiting chops to find innovative tech talent to help scale our engineering teams.
  • Create technical sourcing channels that align with current and future pipeline needs.
  • Leverage data and insights so you can have productive conversations with teams and stakeholders.
  • Establish yourself early on as a trusted, credible Senior Technical Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition Team and with key stakeholders.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to set expectations, communicate pipeline activity, develop action plans, gauge progress, and identify potential obstacles.
  • Assess and develope creative strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Work on other recruiting needs beyond engineering, because a good recruiter can recruit anything!



What Will Set You Up for Success:
  • 5 or more years of experience in technical recruiting (frontend, backend, mobile, QA, UI/UX, etc), recruiting all levels in tech from individual contributor to manager/director level roles.
  • 3 or more years of overall recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, People Ops, and other verticals.  
  • You have a deep engineering network and the ability to quickly build robust pipelines for current and future roles.
  • You have an inclusive and team-forward mindset, with the drive to jump in where needed, and the phrase, “That’s not my job,” is not part of your vocabulary.
  • You forge positive relationships with your team, hiring managers, and co-workers because you know that’s the best way to make an impact.
  • You know LinkedIn Recruiter inside and out and can craft an InMail like no other. In other words, you get people’s attention!
  • You have a curious mind - even if you don’t know the answer, you’ll think creatively and seek new ways to do the thing you’re unsure of.
  • You’re 100% accountable. It’s okay to screw up and owning our mistakes only makes us stronger the next time!
  • Strong writing and documentation skills are in your wheelhouse because you know your candidates are worth the extra step.
  • You like a good joke and don't sweat the small stuff because life's too short for that noise!

  • Prior experience working with a rapidly scaling SaaS startup or a hyper-growth tech company.

Location
We are headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, but this job is remote (unless you happen to live near Boulder, in which case you’re welcome to come to the office). TeamSnap is a mostly-distributed company, so you must be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same physical location as you or each other. While we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
