You have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates through various sources. You are ready to develop recruiting strategies and able to manage forecasting goalsResponsibilities3-months
+ Able to articulate our Quip candidate profile and offering to candidates while performing screens
+ Develop a complete understanding of our business model and recruiting procedures/processes
+ Master our internal process with little supervision and serve as the subject matter expert for recruitment queries and concerns.
+ Build strong relationships with external and internal candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
+ Own the full cycle recruiting process from start to finish
+ Launch improvements for our current recruitment process
+ Utilize existing tools and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies
+ Partner closely with cross functional teams to develop long term recruiting strategies
+ Play a critical role in hiring additional members into the team and establish mentorship relationships
+ Consult and advise our engineering managers on how to identify talent needs to build effective recruiting strategies
+ Proactively review business needs and help leaders think holistically about talent solutions across the business.
+ 6+ years of technical recruiting experience
+ Experience dealing with high volume pipelines in demanding a technical recruiting environment
+ Experience with improving recruiting processes and internal analytics reports
+ Strong experience using a metric driven approach to tracking and running pipeline
+ Leveraged social media and other avenues and innovative methods to build the company's talent brand
+ A passion for providing an excellent candidate experience combined with a knack for managing internal expectations
+ Meticulous organizational skills -- you pride yourself at keeping records up-to-date in real-time
+ High level of emotional intelligence and comfort dealing with ambiguity
+ Excellent communication skills -- speaking at executive level, both internally and externally, comes with ease
