Senior Transaction Advisory Consultant

Compensation: $75/hour and up

Location: Remote

Duration: Indefinite – Varied

Required experience: Previous experience in Transaction Services, including buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• Previous Transaction Advisory experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
