Hello, my name is Kaitlin Reiss, Head of Ecommerce at Metabolic Living, and I need your help. Were a 100% remote $60MM+, self-funded, 9-year old company with 100+ teammates thats growing 100% YoY with a goal of being a billion-dollar brand by 2023. Weve hired the leader of our digital optimization team who has 3,200 split tests under his belt. And now were recruiting the remaining pieces of this world-class team as we get ready to launch two major strategic initiatives to introduce our new brand: our state-of-the-art e-commerce website and customized app that leverages machine learning and AI.
This role will have a heavy influence in how we both develop and market both of those assets. The funnest part is that we spend $2MM+ monthly in online ads now, scaling to $5MM by end of the year, so that heavy traffic flow allows us to ideate, execute and iterate hundreds of times per month with rapid learning.
