You Are

• A master problem solver who isn't afraid of the occasional head scratcher
• Packing at least 2 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience (preferably in CSM/FSM), with a strong understanding of the general platform architecture and capabilities
• A consultant at heart with at least 2 years of experience putting your clients first
• Familiar with JavaScript and/or flow designer to enhance and automate processes
• Someone with a keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality output for our clients 
• Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes
• An adventurer who wouldn't mind traveling up to 20% of the time

What You'll Do

• Engage as a technical resource on projects with our team to develop and implement solutions for our clients on ServiceNow
• Participate in workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow's top enterprise clients
• Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and the products we implement
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow versions and features
