In this role you will have a strong partnership with Limelight Sales Teams to create best-fit Services proposals based on pre-sales discovery sessions. Your role will be to scope and estimate enterprise delivery effort to implement Limelight platform focused on solution architecture and technical tasks and create detailed scope content along with any assumptions to help create Statements of Work (SOW). It will be critical to analyze customers’ vision, strategy and challenges, and translate them into detailed proposals and SOWs. Evaluation of architectural impacts of Limelight platform within customer’s enterprise architecture and presenting optimal approaches will be key. You will present value-based enterprise delivery proposals to customers, and ensure alignment of customers’ objectives with Limelight’s implementation methodology and product best practices. It will be important to clearly identify product feature work vs. enterprise delivery activities, and identify key assumptions to mitigate implementation risks. Partnership with Limelight Product Management & Engineering teams to ensure Customer asks to translate to product capabilities or future roadmaps will be the key to ensuring success! Requirements: 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions/services in CRM, ERP or SaaS environments 5+ years of experience as a Solution/Enterprise architect Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills Factors that may contribute to success in this role: Ability to articulate key messages and clearly explain technical/architectural concepts to a non-technical audience Ability to analyze customer goals and challenges, dynamically translating them to optimal enterprise solutions. Ability to work well with people from many disciplines and with varying degrees of business and technical experience.
