We are currently seeking an outgoing, creative, and enthusiastic Social Media and Community Manager to help build our social and customer community, including managing the social media calendar and coordinating customer and marketing webinars on a regular cadence. In this role, you will work closely with cross functional departments to build a community as well as ensure content distribution across all the social channels to meet  MRR (monthly recurring revenue), brand, and hiring/culture objectives.
 

🇨🇦 This position is 100% remote and only eligible for those who are authorized to work in Canada.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create social media strategies to increase leads
  • Build a community around the AgencyAnalytics brand and customers
  • Work with our team of content marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, graphic designers, and video editors to create, innovate, and distribute highly engaging content such as blogs, webinars, podcasts, graphics, animation, and video
  • Manage, update, and interact with reviews and community feedback on platforms like G2, Capterra, and similar
  • Encourage customer and employee advocacy of the AgencyAnalytics brand across social media by identifying and working with internal and external evangelists
  • Work with cross-functional teams to repurpose content across different modalities
  • Scale the operations and impact of our social media accounts across all platforms and verticals
  • Oversee identification, execution, and campaign management of Influencer and Partner programs to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness. 
  • Compile analytics and reports on social media accounts to track OKR and ROI achievement
  • Assist with promoting our hiring needs where needed

Job requirements

  • 4+ years experience working as a Social Media Manager/Strategist or Digital Content Strategist, preferably in the technology or agency verticals. Please provide links to your social media channels for evaluation
  • Degree in Arts, Communications, or equivalent program. Perfect grammar and command of the English language is required
  • Experience building social content frameworks, flywheels, and/or strategies that grow and engage communities on social media
  • Ability to build a community and drive content engagement on at least two social media platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Quora. You should also be able to expand activities to TikTok, and other emerging platforms in the future with the help of in-house and/or agency partners
  • Strong content creation/editing background with expertise in social media management software like Hootsuite, AgoraPulse, Buffer etc. Some knowledge of Canva, Giphy
  • Proven track record in growing a brand using social media
  • Applicants must be outgoing and comfortable being the public face of the AgencyAnalytics brand. On-camera and podcasting experience is a definite asset
