I’m Calvin Correli, CEO and Founder of Simplero. We’re building an organization passionate about serving leaders and coaches to build their online businesses. We’re looking for a graphic designer and content creator to join my personal content team working on my brand, and you would work directly with my social media manager.
We’re searching for a high energy person who thrives in fast-paced work environments and is always ready to go the extra mile. To truly excel in this role, you need a knack for telling a story through visual content understanding someone’s vision by bringing it to life.

I founded Simplero, a software company that helps coaches, authors, and speakers transform lives at scale through online courses and memberships. We’re an all-remote team of 35 passionate about service, personal growth, and simplicity. We have helped 2500 customers in 30 countries make over $170M in real money. We’re changing lives, we’re providing livelihoods, and we’re offering an insanely valuable service, especially in these times.
In early 2020, I decided to launch my personal brand. I’m a super creative individual, a spiritual teacher, someone who loves engaging with my audience to serve them, coach them, love them, kick them, shake them, wake them, inspire them, uplift them, make them laugh, and make them cry.
You don’t need to have a truck ton of experience but you do need to have the willingness and drive to grow and learn. This is a part-time, remote contractor position.

Requirements
What you'll do
Responsibilities include at a high level:
- Visually creating and displaying information in an engaging way
- Telling a story through visual content
- Taking an idea and designing it into reality
- Creating engaging content, analyzing the engagement results and being quick to make necessary changes
- Being super strategic about your work
- Executing consistently and disciplined on a strategy
- Quickly getting ideas and running with them
- Quickly sensing what resonates with people and how to engage them
- Thinking on your feet and figuring things out
- Learning and growing every day
- Writing and communicating clearly
- Moving quickly, making stuff happen
What you’ll need
- Proven social media graphic design skills
- 2+ years of recent, social media graphic design experience
- Experience working in a rapidly growing environment
- Experience turning raw ideas into compelling and creative content
- A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- A sharp mind, and a hunger to make a big splash
- Can take our concepts and strategies and execute them daily
