We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the Ridepanda family! 

Who are we? 
Ridepanda is the best way to discover, buy and own light electric vehicles. Chinmay Malaviya and Charlie Depman are the co-founders of Ridepanda, and are proud to have created the world's first one-stop platform for discovering, buying, and owning the best e-bikes, e-scooters, and e-mopeds (we like to call them e-rides).

As a member of the team you'll drive our audience growth and engagement across the mainstream social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Interested? Here's what your week would look like:

• Manage all aspects of content distribution for social media; create posts for each channel and schedule content for approval.
• Manage the company-owned social community engagement.
• Outreach and engagement in social media conversations, groups, & channels.
• Work with the marketing team to create synergy and cohesion with the brand, positioning, and our messaging across the various channels.

Success Will Be Measured:

• The quality of the content created and distributed; timely, topical, and relevant to the audience & brand.
• Impactful engagements: having good conversations that showcase the brand values & help support our mission to help create a world with happier, more efficient towns and cities that run on small, quiet, eco-friendly electric vehicles.
• Effectively growing an active & engaged social media presence on every channel: at least a 10% week-over-week growth in the number of followers on each channel is expected for the first 6-12 months.

Requirements

• +2 years experience as a social media manager for a direct to consumer brand.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work (bonus points if you can show the engagements) 
• Successful experience growing social media followings into 6 and 7 figures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, create reports, and communicate progress.
• A high-quality computer capable of running all the required software programs, tools, and live videos that a social media manager would need to use.
