What You’ll Do You will help elevate the social media strategy across the all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest), working closely with PR, content, the employer team, and client services to drive traffic and increase brand awareness. You’ll need to stay on top of trends, changing algorithms, and best practices to be sure our efforts are optimized. Responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to understand what messages need to go out; planning and scheduling content across channels; engaging with audiences in a respectful, kind, and helpful way; promoting posts to reach targeted audiences; and tracking metrics. You will report directly to the CEO and will be a member of the marketing team. You will collaborate closely with the development, analytics, and content teams, as well as with other team leads across the company, as needed, to explain strategy shifts and ensure compliance. Your Experience: 5-7 years’ experience as a social media manager.Proven track record of writing creative and engaging posts. Buffer or Hootsuite Friendly but professional voice to respond to audiences that includes a genuine interest in helping people in their job search. Ability to analyze strategy through engagement metrics and tracking. Experience working with a small and/or entrepreneurially spirited company.
