The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Software Consultant to join our Graduate Program in Germany. In this role, you will passionately promote the adoption of Red Hat's open source solutions in our key enterprise accounts, government agencies, and other key customers throughout the country. You'll be provided with extensive technical and professional training. You'll get the chance to collaborate on stretch assignments with other experienced Red Hat consultants and architects, as well as the opportunity to contribute to community projects and events. You'll be assigned a mentor and buddies to support you (alongside your manager). You will receive regular development reviews, which were designed to ensure that you gain the necessary training and experience to help you succeed and transition into a more senior role upon completion. As a Software Consultant, you will focus on your personal competencies, completing tech-focused courses in areas like containerization and automation.
From here, you'll take your first steps in your Red Hat career, where your collaboration and opinion will be expected, as well as a meaningful contribution while on-site. There are no rotations, placements, or fixed-term contracts, from day one you'll start building your own career with real responsibilities. The Red Hat graduate program offers meaningful technical and personal development opportunities within a collaborative and innovative environment, providing you with a chance to work with people who are not only subject matter experts, but also passionate and committed to the open source way.
