What you have:

  • Extensive experience with Node.
  • Experience with Object Oriented Design and Programming and langeages such as Java or .NET
  • Good understanding of Typescript
  • Someone that is confident in abilities and problem solving skill in unfamiliar code 
  • Willingness to learn from less experienced engineers
  • History of ability to teacher junior engineers
  • Experience looking across multiple systems some being systems they don’t own and able to draw connections
  • Interest in the larger picture and how they would not only impact the team they are on (content) but also the entire org
