We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will leverage your expertise in building world class enterprise solutions and create innovative AI/ML solutions for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, growth-oriented problem solver to take a front row seat at a high growth AI startup

What your day will look like:  

• Be the point of contact for all questions related to technical setup and deployment options
• Own the technical workflow for our projects, manage the process, and address rising issues 
• Present enterprise grade technical solutioning using our product offerings to enable project delivery
• Create and maintain deployment solution of our ML / AI solutions for client and partners enterprise environments
• Assist our clients and partners in performing tests of our next generation ML / AI solutions after roll out
• Manage and support access accounts to project environments
• Collect application and host level logs and metric as evidence to support triaging activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues with project environment
• Identify areas of improvement based on feedback on roadmap features, customer feedback, and new product releases
• Maintain reference architecture for project delivery
• Maintain technical knowledge base for project delivery

 We are looking for Teammates with the following qualifications: 

• 3-5 years technical experience in a customer facing role delivering enterprise product solutions
• Prior hands on experience with VMWare and AWS
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in communicating technical solutions
• Customer centric mindset and responsive to customer inquiries 
• Ability to shift gears seamlessly and work independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Engineering fields
