We are looking for an excellent person to join an excellent team.RESPONSIBILITIES* Develop a healthcare Data Mart, including database architecture, software development, ETL rule development, and supporting tasks.* Develop BI dashboards based on the new healthcare Data Mart* Participate in all phases of Agile development process, including preparation of technical specifications, creation of design mockups/prototypes, and active participation in design, code, and test reviews* Work with clinicians to understand their requirements and improve our productsQUALIFICATIONS* B.S. in computer science/data processing or related discipline* 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or Data Modeler with a data warehouse (MSSQL database experience is strongly preferred, DBA experience not required)* Strong competence in ETL data ingestion and transformation tools (e.g. SSIS, Informatica, Talend, …) and processes* Strong competence in SQL / T-SQL, database engineering, tuning, monitoring, and optimization.* Expertise in data governance, data modeling, schema integrity management* Experience developing back-end software applications, ideally in C#* Excellent verbal and written communications skills* Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required for this positionDesirable but not required* Experience working with Healthcare data* Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, …* XSLTWORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed remotely from home with equipment and software supplied by the company.
