Senior Digital Media Manager
45/RPM is a Digital Agency with a team of strategists, designers, front-end and back-end developers, copywriters, and project managers in our Washington, DC and Mexico City offices.
We are looking for an experienced digital media manager - someone who can strategize and execute SEM/PPC campaigns and develop and optimize highly effective digital campaigns across different channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Twitter, Facebook, AdRoll. Programmatic experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Creating media plans and strategies for our clients, developing media proposals that include budgets and KPIs
Run evergreen campaigns to meet marketing objectives that can include: awareness, leadgen, consideration, and conversion
Ensuring proper tracking is in place to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and troubleshoot any existing issues if necessary
Utilize user insights, GA data and past learnings to guide media strategy
Develop data-driven analysis to assess the impact of paid campaigns
Generate monthly reports that include insights, and recommendations
You will be expected to lead the strategy while still executing and optimizing campaigns
Coordinate with internal creative team members to develop assets and provide guidance and feedback on how to improve deliverables based on performance
Requirements:
5 years of digital media experience
Google Ads certification
Experience in LinkedIn Ads Manager
Experience with B2B and B2C clients
Self-driven and proactive
Experience with working on media plans and analyzing results on Google Analytics
