Ready to find your #dreamjob?About this position:The Finance & Strategy (F&S) organization is looking for a Senior Director who is passionate about business metrics. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Operations Finance & Strategy, and will be responsible for reporting critical metrics for the company including ACV (incremental ARR) and attrition (churn). These metrics are vital to accurately predict revenue in a SaaS model. This data receives significant visibility from the C-suite and this role will play a key leadership role in F&S and the company. They will work cross functionally to drive alignment, governance and standardization across the company. They play a critical and objective role in treatment of top line metrics.This role will initially manage a team of 8-10 full time employees, plus cross-functional project teams.Responsibilities:

+ Drive the reporting of two business metrics - ACV and attrition

+ Lead best in class adoption of Salesforce analytics cloud

+ Lead a team to standardize ACV and attrition definition and governance to be aligned with revenue recognition

+ Partner cross functionally to plan, forecast, and report these metrics. Deliver financial insights as a trusted adviser to the C-suite and company leadership

+ Transform system processes with an eye to automation, integration, and scale

+ Oversee integration of acquired business revenue KPIs into core ACV and attrition reporting/forecasting processes

+ Define, report, and provide insights around management reporting KPIs (e.g. New/Lost Logos)

+ Identify opportunities to improve how data is used through data structure, transparency, and delivery

Required Skills/Experience:

+ Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related relevant areas

+ 8-10+ years of related experience, preferably in a leadership role within a Finance and/or Operations organization

+ Experience and understanding of the SaaS business model.

+ Experience leading teams, serving as a mentor and coach to employees. Leading geographical dispersed teams is a plus

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

+ Proven track record of working with and driving results with IT organizations

+ Proven track record of driving cross functional business process and system improvements, including successful change management

+ Ability to drive alignments on priorities with senior management

+ Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed

+ Proven track record of delivering small or large scale projects

+ Ability to break down complex ideas and issues and communicate in simple terms to different levels of the organization

Desired Skills/Experience:

+ MBA preferred

+ Ability to influence at all levels of an organization

+ Experience with financial and business intelligence tools/systems - SQL, data warehouses, Business Objects, Tableau, QlikTech, Cognos, Hyperion, Oracle

+ Relevant Experience in areas including: management reporting, process improvements, process re-engineering, business intelligence, planning and forecasting processes, talent development, learning and development, vendor management, procure to pay, quote to cash.
