Job Summary: The Client Finance Organization is currently seeking a Staff Revenue Accountant to join our team. This position requires a self-starter; an individual who can delve into the details while not losing sight of the big picture. The candidate should embrace change and welcome challenges. This position will provide a strong foundation on which to build a career and grow professionally with the company. The Revenue Accountant will report to one of the Client Finance Leads and frequently interact with Clients, Finance Directors, Business Managers, as well as internal and external auditors. The primary responsibilities of this position are to understand the business relationship with our clients and effectively summarize contractual financial obligations to determine the fees for performing our services. This includes, but is not limited to: Preparing monthly client settlements and invoices Reviewing daily/weekly client remittances Creating revenue journal entries Account reconciliations Work directly with Clients and Client Success on a regular basis Analyzing monthly revenue actual vs. forecast Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and client requests as needed Note: This position may require additional hours during month end close Job Requirements: Four-year degree in Accounting/Business/Finance 0-3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience Strong organization and analytical skills Strong time management skills Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and clients Ability to work in a fast paced environment Comprehensive Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access SAP experience a plus Radial is an equal opportunity employer.
