The Success Strategy & Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the global success strategy. Your main responsibility will be in delivering on program assets against plan, coordinating alignment across stakeholders, and designing and delivering insights through reporting and analytics. The Success Strategy team works to shape, build, and deliver the FY20 Success Strategy vision while collaborating across pillars and functions.
You will, therefore, become a strategically important member of this team that, while being geographically dispersed, is characterized by smart, innovative, collaborative and strategic thinkers individuals, centered around the awesome responsibility of shaping the future of our Success business globally.
Success in this role means assisting the success strategy team to drive and deliver the FY20 Success Strategy vision. Sample projects range from the strategic to the very operational including the creation business review templates, business planning, market segmentation, and regular review of key performance metrics. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives.
