The Success Strategy & Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the global success strategy. Your main responsibility will be in delivering on program assets against plan, coordinating alignment across stakeholders, and designing and delivering insights through reporting and analytics. The right person for this role thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, adding structure is second nature, manages priorities against timelines, all while having fun. The Success Strategy team works to shape, build, and deliver the FY20 Success Strategy vision while collaborating across pillars and functions.
You will, therefore, become a strategically important member of this team that, while being geographically dispersed, is characterized by smart, innovative, collaborative and strategic thinkers individuals, centered around the awesome responsibility of shaping the future of our Success business globally.

About the Position

Success in this role means assisting the success strategy team to drive and deliver the FY20 Success Strategy vision. Sample projects range from the strategic to the very operational including the creation business review templates, business planning, market segmentation, and regular review of key performance metrics. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Analyze health of the business and interpret key performance indicators and performance metrics
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making
  • Business Alignment and Communications
  • Drive core business unit governance mechanisms like the Quarterly Business Review
  • Package findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
  • Day-to-day operations and Strategic Initiatives
  • Aid in managing business unit related day-to-day operations
  • Support efforts to address challenged business areas or identified areas of opportunity


Preferred qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and the tools to support (Excel, Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards, Einstein Analytics)
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Relentless curiosity, a beginners mind, and appetite for learning
  • Possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities
  • Excel at extracting insights from data and devising how to effectively communicate to executive audiences
  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
  • Flair for building relationships and working collaboratively across teams, regardless of seniority
  • Courageous communicator, energized by engaging with many, diverse stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • Work experience in customer success, finance, or product management is a plus
  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce analytics
  • Able to thrive in a remote and flexible working environment
  • Sense of humor, enthusiasm, diplomacy, calm, patience, and positivity
