Howdy 👋,

Stuart here, founder of Booster Apps.

We are a fast growing growing B2B SaaS company looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join us in our journey to provide world class support to our users. (100% remote)

We're looking for the perfect candidate to add to our small knit experienced team.

What does the position entail?

Providing email based support to our users for the number one app in the Shopify app store
Handling technical SEO issues for our users. (HTML/MetaTag/JSONLD) (SEO experience not necessary)
Willing to help in any area of the product (Help documentation, etc)

The right candidate will have:

2+ years professional technical support experience
Experience with HTML/CSS. (Liquid would be a plus!)
Passion to communicate with our users as if you were on the other end of the screen.
Ability to document, track and monitor a problem/issue to a timely resolution
Ability to work productively with little supervision
Experience using a ticketing system such as HelpScout, Zendesk, Intercom etc.
Enthusiasm!

Nice to have, but not required:

SEO experience (JSONLD, meta tags)
Javascript experience
Liquid programming skills
Experience with the Shopify platform
