Scalable Path is looking for a Swift Developer to join the team and work on a client project. This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 4 hours/day).


CLIENT COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

This is a project the client has been working on for about a year. He is making a bit of a pivot with this update so he needs some help certain features. Looking to disrupt the calendar, health and personal finance spaces.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The client has an existing calendar app on the Apple app store and is looking for an elite Swift developer to mainly help with some calendar, health and finance API integrations and additional features to bring the app to the next level. In terms of the APIs, you will be integrating Google/Outlook calendar, Healthkit and Teller/Plaid APIs.


RELATIONSHIPS - WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:

You will be working with the founder who is also a developer and has written a significant amount of code. The client is in the America/New York (-04:00) EDT time zone.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Swift

- Firebase

- Github

- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)


DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS:

- Experience working with: HealthKit, Calendar APIs (Google, Outlook), Financial APIs (Plaid or Teller)

- Design experience


START DATE:

As soon as possible.


EXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION:

1-2 months


HOURLY RATE: 

The compensation for this role is expected to be $30-$50 USD/hour depending on skill level and experience.
