The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Talent Acquisition (TA) team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will partner closely with TA recruiters and hiring managers to identify and assess outstanding talent for Red Hat. You’ll be mostly covering open positions for our product and engineering teams as well as corporate functions.


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs; identify and come to an agreement on clear selection criteria and conduct effective job briefs
  • Play a full life cycle and advisory recruitment role for mostly technical and engineering as well as corporate positions in China
  • Manage candidate interviews and selection journeys by identifying a tell-sell-close strategy; provide positive candidate experience and propose competitive offers
  • Guide the adoption of the Right for Red Hat interview and selection processes

  • Solid customer focus and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Process and detail-oriented
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex matrixed structure
  • Broad understanding of recruitment trends and strategies; experience hiring interns is a plus
  • Recruitment experience in tech or software companies and experience with competency-based interviewing are a big plus
