The Red Hat Talent Acquisition (TA) Latin America (LATAM) team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring key talent for Red Hat through strategic planning, collaboration, negotiation, and persuasive communication. You'll collaborate with various business groups, while leading the implementation of recruitment activities for our Brazil hirings. By building and managing solid relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders, you will promote processes in areas like development of detailed and well-defined position profiles, competitive market analysis, Brazil market knowledge, strategy, candidate experience, final candidate selection, and closing.


  • Serve as an internal consultant to hiring managers from an opening of a position requisition through to candidate onboarding
  • Ensure that your sourcing and recruitment strategies are aligned with the needs of your hiring manager
  • Become the subject matter expert in recruiting market developments, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas; share knowledge with key stakeholders
  • Identify key decision levers, develop a sell strategy, and grow market knowledge to attract top-tier talent

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience working for information technology (IT) or consulting organizations with an IT recruiting background
  • Advanced consulting skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully persuade senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding project management skills, including the appropriate use of applicant tracking systems and other talent acquisition tools
  • Fluent English language skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
