We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. If you like the idea of a dynamic environment, desire to work alongside an incredibly talented, fast-growing team, this is the place for you.

What you will do:

• You will deliver end-to-end interview processes, ensuring the best possible candidate experience.
• Be responsible for scaling our teams, identifying creative strategies to find & attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.
• Work alonside with the Hiring Managers, building trusted relationships with them in order to manage their expectations and advise them on the processes.
• Use ATS reports and dashboards to illlustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
• Help spread our culture and your passion for Colvin.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• You enjoy working in a quality-focused, fast-paced recruiting environment (experience recruitig for tech & digital talent is a plus)
• You are passionate about people
• Person with a high level of English and Spanish
• Able to find the best talent in Spain and around the world, not only through the use of HR portals.
• Person with ownership, honesty, focused on results and learning
• Motivated to learn.
• You have a plant at home and it has its own name.
