At Upstack, we are looking to expand our talent team with a Talent Recruiter. 
Jump on board! This is a remote position, full time schedule, flexible hours and you’d be part of an enthusiastic, worldwide spread team of innovators in the software development industry.

The work:

  • You will be responsible to use and adapt our sourcing strategy for a fast paced environment with high level requirements in the tech industry;
  • Driven by results, you will need to identify, attract and build a solid pipeline of highly skilled software developers on different technologies;
  • You will use specific recruiting tools in order to generate a high number of candidates that you will direct to Upstack’s community of engineers;
  • You will prevet these candidates based on certain criterias to make sure they are suitable for Upstack Network
  • Work as part of a dynamic team with members across the world that you need to connect, communicate and collaborate;
  • Be on top of requirements sent by matching, success and sales teams and constantly evaluate results; keep reports up to date and be able to extract feasible data from the actions that are taken;
  • You will be proactive and constantly come up with improvement ideas in order to maintain one step ahead of the market trends;
What you need:

  • At least 2-3 years of professional recruiting experience - sourcing and/or interviewing technical talent (software developers, primarily) with a proven track record of successful hires;
  • Previous work experience with the latest recruiting tools and techniques - Linkedin Recruiter, slack/discord/whatsapp/telegram group channels, specific ATS systems and integration tools;
  • Amazing communication in both written and spoken forms and great interpersonal skills;
  • A keen instinct for psychological assessment and able to easily connect and interact with a variety of individuals
  • A great eye for details and understanding of the differences between senior level engineers and average talent.
  • Deep understanding of international and regional talent pool and specific sourcing strategies;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and constantly inside of a team via Slack and other collaboration tools.
  • Remote work experience is preferred, with asynchronous collaboration between team members from different time zones;
  • A great team fit that looks above the individual contribution and can work closely with other teams inside the company in order to achieve specific goals fulfillment;
