The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Team Assistant and Project Coordinator to support our growing team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will coordinate projects and events and assist with other sales activities. Your on-going daily administrative responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, answering phones, handling correspondence, creating expense reports, and various office management responsibilities. As a Team Assistant and Project Coordinator, you will interact with and serve as a point of contact for a variety of customers and internal teams, assisting with the coordination of materials and requests in an efficient manner.   • Coordinate and track key projects and monitor deliverables on behalf of the country manager of the Benelux region
  • Assist the country manager of Benelux in the preparation of sales meetings, taking minutes of meetings, and following up on action items
  • Plan and attend weekly management meetings, manage the agenda setting, and maintain the actions register
  • Monitor, track, and remind the country manager of impending deadlines
  • Ensure that the diary is managed to maximize effective use of time; allocate time to crucial areas as needed
  • Assist with the organization of internal and external events
  • Arrange relevant conference room bookings, hospitality, etc.
  • Book all travel with schedules and supporting documents using appropriate Red Hat’s tools
  • Use Salesforce.com (SFDC) regularly and assist with the creation of reports

  • Proactive and articulate with solid organizational skills and an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work on your own, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of multiple team associates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Experience working with SFDC or other customer-relationship management tool is a plus
  • Experience working in IT, sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
