Job Description

We're seeking a contract Tech Recruiter to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or US-based remote.  The contract will be for 6 months with the possibility of being a contract to hire role.

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing candidates for the Engineering and Product teams at Sense.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with hiring managers to identify top candidates.
  • Promote Sense’s job opportunities to make them stand out among the masses through job boards and professional networks.  Leverage university recruiting and diverse hiring boards to reach and actively market to candidates.
  • Build a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Schedule interviews and handle incoming inquiries from candidates in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a best in class candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Efficiently review resumes and conduct focused phone screens as a first point of contact.
  • Act as point of contact for agencies that are supporting Sense’s Engineering hiring.
  • Proactively communicate with interviewers to gain consensus around hiring decisions.
  • Present competitive offers with strong negotiation skills
  • Be an expert in and maintain data integrity with ATS SmartRecruiters.  Optimize ATS for reporting, communication and scheduling



Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Technical Sourcing and Recruiting
  • Attention to detail with accurate written and oral communication both with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.
  • A strong familiarity with technical requirements of Engineering positions.
  • A genuine interest in diversity and inclusion to fold into your recruiting practices.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and use them to create actionable intel for the recruiting team and the business that you support.
  • Highly collaborative and able to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SmartRecruiters is a plus
