BlackBag Technologies, a Cellebrite Company, is seeking a Technical Product Manager. They will join a team of talented individuals who work collaboratively with Product Management to develop and maintain the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Team up with Product Management to develop and maintain the product roadmap
- Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to collect market input and design our innovative future products
- Monitor competing products and provide competitive insights
- Support global product launches and product introduction
- Team up with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and other key teams to create and maintain product collateral and training materials
- Develop and maintain a thorough, high-level knowledge of the company’s core products and their applications
- Providing leadership to the engineers and designers
- Assist with current and upcoming technical partnership relationships
- Ensure project development activities are able to move forward to complete on time, meeting all requirements, including quality & performance targets to support the project plans and project execution.
- Function as the connection and gatekeeper between Technical Support and Sales on escalated high priority customer issues.
Requirements
- Technical degree or 4+ years’ experience as a technical product manager
- Project management and product development/management experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in the digital forensic, corporate investigation, incident response, eDiscovery or security markets
- Experience creating competitive intelligence
- Familiarity with using JIRA, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools

Due to the nature of the work, this role requires US Citizenship.
