Twilio is looking for a Technical Program Manager in Programmable Voice to deliver on product and systems goals across teams towards next generation cloud-based communications. You have the leadership and diplomacy skills to facilitate work across several collaborative teams, ultimately to deliver the APIs and services for Twilio’s Voice platform You think at scale, bringing a cross-organizational collaborative focus on the software development lifecycle, to define, implement and execute on methodologies from design, testing, deployment, and operations You have breadth of experience to define processes, tools and automation to ensure teams work together toward common goals for scalability, reliability, quality, supportability, and compliance You bring a depth of experience for complex distributed systems in a cloud environment Most importantly, you have the desire to collaborate across teams to build, test and operate services at scale Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience including relevant experience with software development lifecycle and processes 3+ years in a program management and/or leadership engineering role with complex distributed systems projects What?
