The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a solutions-focused Technical Territory Services Manager to join us in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, you will represent our services offerings in Sub-Saharan Africa, connecting to sales cycles for new opportunities with existing and prospective customers. You'll participate in strategic account planning sessions, territory reviews, and deal-specific account strategy calls to identify how Red Hat can increase sales of services offerings to customers from various sectors. As a Technical Territory Services Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning your region's consulting sales in close collaboration with sales management, as well as running presales activities. You'll serve as a customer advocate, architecting the right solutions and ensuring that they are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way. You’ll need to have a thorough working knowledge of and direct experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat OpenShift, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) architectures. You'll also need to have a good understanding of DevOps models and technologies, solid technical knowledge, and project and scope management expertise.
