  • *Job summary**
The Red Hat North America Commercial (NA Comm) Sales team is looking for a Transformation Sales Specialist to join us in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX. In this role, you will lead customer-facing transformational sales, serving as a point of contact for customer leadership. You'll collaborate with Red Hat's Sales teams, Sales leaders and senior executives to uncover, qualify, and close transformation sales using the entire Red Hat Emerging Technologies portfolio of offerings and services. As a Transformation Sales Specialist, you will partner with Business Development, Professional Services, and Product team leaders to guide new selling initiatives across the NA Comm team. Your success will result in strategic elevation of Red Hat with customers and shape NA Comm team's go-to-market strategies.
  • *Primary job responsibilities**
+ Partner with executive leadership to identify and prioritize transformation sales targets

+ Create and carry out sales strategy with account teams

+ Present Red Hat's digital transformation message to customer executives

+ Partner with Red Hat's Professional Services teams to guide alignment between sales and delivery functions

+ Coordinate with emerging technologies business development managers to identify and describe transformation sales plays to rollout at scale

+ Develop and refine repeatable transformation sales motions
  • *Required skills**
+ 10+ years of proven record of selling complex solutions or transformation programs

+ Experience selling and presenting to C-level executives

+ Ability to translate capability into business value

+ Ability to successfully navigate a matrixed selling organization

+ Desire to build selling programs
