We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to help create satisfying experiences and ensure that our enterprise-level product offering is easy to use. Through user testing and analysis they will identify potential areas for clarity and optimize the engagement of the user for both our mobile and web based solutions. We are looking for someone that is user-centered and will work closely and collaborate well with our product team and other company personnel. Most importantly this person will have a true passion for product design and usability while designing the best experiences possible.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with other stakeholders to ensure that the problem is fully explored and clearly defined
• Participate in meetings with the Product teams to review ongoing projects and future tasks
• Conduct user testing and incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
• Identify target user groups to conduct interviews and other forms of inquiry to help understand user needs
• Create and present flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to validate ideas and explore potential screen concepts 
• Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in design or relevant program (such as Human-Computer Interaction), or combination of education and work experience as a UX designer
• 5+ years related work experience in: UX Design, Product Design, or User-Centered Design 
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and at least one technology or tool used for each of wire-framing/prototype design and user research/testing
• Experience designing enterprise-level, SaaS based software for mobile and web based applications
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Improve and expand existing product base while working against an understanding of business requirements and user feedback
• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills to communicate design choices and ideas effectively 
• Participate in user research and analytics to generate usability test results
• Comfort with an iterative process that includes seeking out and acting on feedback
• Strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Continuous improvement of your workflow and learning new tools

• Must provide a portfolio for consideration
• Must be based in the US
