About the UX Designer position:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce UX Designer who will be responsible for designing exceptional user interfaces. Your duties will include translating our company and customer needs into functional and appealing digital environment, ensuring great user experience.   We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.   UX Designer responsibilities are: Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects during story grooming process Develop user-friendly web pages, using markup languages like HTML Optimize applications for maximum speed and design mobile-based features Develop quality mockups and prototypes Review, maintain and improve company's website Work together with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability Write functional requirement documents and guides Collect feedback from users and build solutions based on this data Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting Maintain high quality graphic standards and brand consistency Keep in touch with latest trends in web development   UX Designer requirements are: 3+ years' experience of working on a Salesforce UX designer or Front-end Developer position – Excellent understanding of Salesforce platform and its design system (UI/UX) – Excellent understanding Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) – Ability to communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers – Good understanding of user psychology – Accuracy and attention to detail – Strong portfolio of design projects – Help identify areas for improvements in our current projects – Ability to create personas and storyboards Significant experience with markup languages, JavaScript, CSS and HTML Excellent understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) Good experience with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems Good understanding of layout aesthetics  Knowledge of browser testing and debugging Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with an ability to perform well in a dynamic environment BSc degree in Computer Science or other relevant area preferred Nice to have Salesforce Platform App Builder certification Experience with Sketch Experience in Healthcare industry  Ideal Ability to understand  detailed requirements, and prototype/mockup complete user experiences.
