The Role
The Cm3 Team is growing, and we are looking for a UX Designer to be part of our team and add their touch of user-centred design to our web-based apps.
As part of the Design Team at Greencap, you will work closely with our experienced UX and UI Designers to understand the business and user needs and translate these needs into intuitive experiences which you will be able to test with real users.
You will support the delivery of business initiatives through the facilitation of design and discovery workshops, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers and business stakeholders to bring concepts and ideas to life.
You will get to apply your human-centred design approach in problem-solving, create wireframes, interactive prototypes and participate in user research sessions/workshops.
