The Role
The Cm3 Team is growing, and we are looking for a UX Designer to be part of our team and add their touch of user-centred design to our web-based apps.
As part of the Design Team at Greencap, you will work closely with our experienced UX and UI Designers to understand the business and user needs and translate these needs into intuitive experiences which you will be able to test with real users.
You will support the delivery of business initiatives through the facilitation of design and discovery workshops, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers and business stakeholders to bring concepts and ideas to life.
You will get to apply your human-centred design approach in problem-solving, create wireframes, interactive prototypes and participate in user research sessions/workshops.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working on SaaS products in an agile environment
- Experience conducting research, user interviews, workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions
- Iteratively designing and testing ideas quickly
- Ability to communicate and present research, test results, and data in a clear and concise manner
- Building and maintaining UX documentation such as personas, user stories, journey mapping, etc
- Support the creation and management of a design system
About You
We believe that great teams are made up of great individuals, and to fit into our team at CM3, we are looking for someone that will bring the following skills and attributes.
- A minimum of 3+ years of in User Experience Design
- A portfolio of professional design projects
- Experience with Design Systems
- Knowledge of industry best practices for application design for SaaS products
- Experience/understanding in human-centred and design thinking methodologies
- Experience in interaction design
- Excellent experience with a wide range of UX skills and techniques incl wireframing, prototyping, pixel perfect design, information architecture, UI specifications, guidelines, user interviews and testing
- Ability to workshop and collect feedback from different parts of the organisation to develop constructive outputs
- Experience working in distributed and remote teams
- Strong working knowledge of information architecture, user journeys, wireframing, specifications, and guidelines.
- Someone with the right creativity and passion, with strong proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Someone that is highly self-motivated and directed.
