The Salesforce Marketing UX team is a talented, hard-working, distributed group of UX designers who collaborate closely to bring Saleforce.com and all other digital properties to life. This role is for a seasoned senior UX manager with experience managing multiple executive level stakeholders for a global enterprise company. We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience and a proven track record.
As a senior UX Manager you'll work hand in hand with the researchers and product marketing leaders to deliver against Salesforce's ambitious digital vision. You will lead the development of design strategies and align user-centered motivations and behaviors. Translate business objectives such as lead-gen, engagement and user journey to specific projects in the user experience team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and career guidance to a team of talented designers. Build alignment and relationships with product, marketing, and engineering.

As part of the Digital UX team at Salesforce, you will:
+ Help drive the growth of a user-centric culture, priorities, programs and best practices
+ Be in charge of redesigning key experiences of Salesforce.com by prioritizing the top pages, features and forecasting the impact of the proposed design.
+ Inspire and manage others on the UX and creative team, including senior leaders
+ Plan and prioritize strategic and tactical design work
+ Work strategically with executive partners and team members across the organization
+ Develop sound experience briefs
+ Participate in strategic discovery, discussions, and decisions about design and technology platforms, options and alternative solutions
+ Present effectively to key stakeholders, defend findings, and make recommendations
+ Think strategically in the understanding of users, personas and their behavior based on data
+ Function as an ambassador across disciplines, such as Product Marketing and Engineering
Experience / Skills Required
+ 6+ years of experience designing and delivering lead-gen products in cross-functional teams from start to finish
+ Have deep knowledge of web and native mobile standards, best practices and latest trends
+ Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product
+ Understand the technologies and platforms that support content management systems, preferably AEM
+ Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools
+ BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience
