The role is permanent and offered in either Switzerland or Germany, remote or based in our office in Zurich or Berlin. S/he will be responsible for the creation of elegant and strategic products and services, starting in early Discovery (research) work and concluding with the confident handover of validated flows to engineers. Success in this role is defined by the quality of the user experience including the impact, consistency and ease of use of the final product. 

Make an impact:

This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Product Design Lead, is embedded as part of a product triad in a cross-functional team and part of the 8-person strong CX, UX and UI chapter. You will collaborate closely with a product manager, a UI design specialist and engineers to ensure the value, usability, desirability and feasibility of solutions that help our users thrive in their meetings and their leadership work. You continuously unify and evolve user experiences across all our platforms. Furthermore, you measure the impact of new and existing product features and contribute to improvements to better support our users in mastering their challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Together with the Product Managers, help define strategy, objectives and the vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team's area of the e2e product. 
• Architect solutions to support desired outcomes including the research, concept, prototyping and testing involved in reaching a confident solution. 
• Collaborate with engineers to determine technical feasibility and iterate based on this where needed.

This job is for you if:

• You have the desire and skills needed to understand leaders' key challenges related to preparing, leading and participating effectively in business meetings, and help them master these. This means you have expertise in at least some of user research, content design, prototyping, information architecture, service design and UX writing.
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are a systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels.
• Ideally, you have a degree or expertise in human psychology, anthropology, organizational science or behavioral sciences.
• You write in German at a native or “expert” level, especially German microcopy.
• You communicate in English on a business level.
