AKASHA Foundation is looking for an outstanding UX Designer to take on design projects in all of our products. You will be expected to produce user-centered design work throughout the entire UX lifecycle, from ideation, to conceptualization, to iteration. You will work closely with the other members of the UX team to improve the end-to-end user experience throughout AKASHA products.

• You will be responsible for producing design work that supports all of AKASHA's products.
• You will coordinate with other members of the UX team to ensure consistency and standardization.
• You will track and verify that development occurs in line with your design specifications.
• You will measure ongoing usability of your design work and iterate where and when needed.

• 3+ years of UX Design experience.
• A focus on user-centered design
• Experience with sketching, IA, flows, and customer journeys
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Experience with product design (not agency)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally
• User research experience a plus
• Experience with accessibility and universal design a plus
• Bachelor's or graduate degree related to UX a plus
• Experience in the social network and/or blockchain spaces a plus
• Experience with non-profit organizations a plus
