About the role
At Pulsely, we are changing the way companies develop and implement their D&I strategy through the use of science and data.
We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help us take our D&I solutions to the next level. In this role, you will work with a brilliant team of data scientists, software developers, business analysts and strategists to build the world's most powerful D&I data-driven platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
* Conceptualise original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
* Present designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders and refine based on input.
* Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
* Be the guardian of graphic consistency in reports, presentations and communications in general.
Requirements:
* Knowledge and thirst to investigate innovate and develop emerging creative and technology trends.
* Graduate degree in a design related field or equivalent experience.
* Portfolio showing strong user experience and visual design work.
* 5+ years of experience in startups or similar fast paced scenarios.
* Knowledge of tools that both support the activity and ease the integration with the team (eg Sketch, Figma).
* Ability to translate graphical work into something the development team can pick-up and execute.
* Experience building infographics, to translate data and information into actionable insights.
