Then we are looking for you as motivated and talented UX / UI Designer (m/f/d) for inhouse developed DataPlatform Product for the Telematics Industry at the earliest possible date for our headquarters in Fulda or remote.

Your Mission


* First week: you meet the team and start to know our company

* Fist month: you familiarize with our product and current workflows

* First 6 months: you consolidate design systems, improve workflows and take responsibility for all design task

* First year: you provide a consistent design system for our core products




What you can expect


* Design for data driven reporting products as well as development of a design-system

* Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets

* Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand

* Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

* Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets

* Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages

* Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user

* Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design




What we expect


* 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design, UX (Copy)writing and Product Design

* Understanding of HTML & CSS

* Experience with Google Material Design and Figma

* Experience with subscription website, responsive design, new design trends and execution in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient design skills like sketching, wireframing, prototyping, creating high-fidelity mockups with design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, etc.

* Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

* Excellent communication skills in English

* Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization

* Experience working in a collaborative team and working closely with technology teams for implementation of designs

* Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices
