What We're Looking For

We're looking for a tenacious, outgoing, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial-spirited individual to lead our growing Sales team as our Vice President of Sales. You will make an immediate impact by establishing an effective plan to expand our market presence across the globe, increase wallet share with our customers and revenue growth within the Condo, Coop and Multifamily markets. You will inherit a sales team of 15+ and continue to mature that team with additional headcount, process and technology. You will also work alongside a highly collaborative leadership team; working together, harmoniously, to achieve our near and long term objectives. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Set the annual strategy and manage to your forecast
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing account executive team that cultivates trusted-advisor relationships with prospective customers at all levels (Property Manager to President)
  • Facilitate the onboarding and ramp period for all new hires
  • Lead by example and model the sales behavior expected of your team aiding in the achievement of revenue goals
  • Partner with the CEO and other department leaders to develop strategies and achieve multi-year company goals
  • Design a scalable team structure to enable future growth
  • Reinforce a performance mindset and process across the team
  • Activate a digital outbound strategy (organizing leads and targets, prospecting by design, etc.)
  • Lead team culture efforts which foster positivity, motivation and accountability
  • Partnering with People Ops to enhance compensation and incentive plans
  • Expand market presence and traction as needed to enable revenue growth

About You:

  • 15+ years of B2B Sales experience
  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership (Director or VP) experience managing teams of 20+ reps
  • Have led a remote sales team
  • Preferably has led a global sales team
  • Successful track record developing and expanding GTM strategy into new and existing markets
  • Strong background building and developing team of sales reps
  • Experience on a Leadership team reporting into the CEO and/or CRO
  • Deep experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of Condo and Multi-family property management industry
  • Well versed in setting up Sales technology solutions including Salesforce
