Visual Marketing Designer Design Remote job Job description Overview Xapo is a leading bitcoin wallet, and we have a mission to bring bitcoin to the everyday lives of people across the world. This full-time position is planned to be remote, meaning you can work from anywhere! Responsibilities Collaborate and work closely with Product Designers, Copywriters, and Product Managers; Design and produce materials for a wide range of projects, including product branding, marketing campaigns, emails, social media, internal communications and merchandise; Collaborate with our designers to define our brand and design system; Help define both the long-term strategy and short-term tactics for product marketing; Create and maintain a visual assets database of images, logos and graphics available for internal and external use; Give and solicit feedback from your team members; Coordinate with outside agencies and printers to complete projects. Requirements Background in brand design or digital product marketing; Strong portfolio with examples of visual design across many media; 4+ years experience working as a visual or marketing designer; Experience working in-house or as part of an agency; Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, although we’re welcome to adopt other tools; Motion graphics and animation skills; Understanding of technical constraints and business goals; Creative, flexible, with great attention to detail and organized; Ability to create unique creative ideas and take them from concept through to completion; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude. Nice-to-haves Strong illustration skills; Knowledge of product design and strategy; Experience creating, maintaining or working with brand guidelines or design systems; Knowledge in responsive email coding; Experience partnering with engineers to deliver assets; Photography and image retouching skills; Experience in using project management tools like Slack, Jira; Experience working on Figma.
