AdHawk is looking for a highly experienced VP of Product to help us leverage the power of our SMB business to revolutionize the flooring industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee our Design and Product Management departments. Empower a team of talented PM’s and Designers to develop new product solutions, drive new product initiatives, and build on existing portfolios, working closely with the rest of our executive team to identify growth opportunities within this relatively untouched market. In your collaboration with the Marketing and Sales departments, you will play a crucial role in crafting a bold and creative vision for bringing our products to market in a manner that achieves company growth objectives. Direct reports to this role will include senior members of both the Product Management and Design teams.

What You'll Do:

• Craft and communicate product strategy for end-user web, desktop, and mobile apps

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering, as well as the rest of the executive team to build and execute roadmaps that support AdHawk’s overall company strategy.

• Define strategy and key metrics to drive your product vision which you will deploy in expressing that vision to empower and inspire your team

• Coach product managers and designers with varying levels of experience

• Anticipate future product needs and lead your team in crafting plans to realize them

• Communicate our product vision at industry and customer events

Who You Are:

• 10+ years experience in B2B and B2C product management positions  

• A proven history of shaping product strategy and shipping multiple products with cross-functional teams.

• Passionate about effective processes for managing the product life cycle

• Experience building and leading product teams toward a big picture vision

• You have enough frontend and backend technical experience with SaaS web and mobile applications to be able to have meaningful discussions with engineers about architecture and product decisions.

• Clear understanding of user growth and engagement tactics.

• Strong executive presence and ability to clearly discuss and communicate product value and benefits.

• Experience developing and nurturing a team of Designers and Product Managers.
