  • You are a good listener and have a feeling for the right questions to ask 
  • You have a sky-high integrity and are willing to turn away people who aren’t a fit for our program. This company is about people over profit and the person on the front line will be responsible for keeping this culture and mission intact.
  • You are coachable and always look for ways to grow and learn 
  • You are seeking a long-term career, not a temporary bridge role. I am 1000% devoted to my people and I’m looking for top-notch team members that are dedicated to creating a HIGH-GROWTH company
